As a progression from our introductory Weight Training Foundations program, this advanced plan builds on fundamental strength techniques with a focus on maximising muscle growth and power.
Each workout targets specific muscle groups, utilising a combination of compound and isolation exercises to ensure balanced development and optimal results. You’ll follow a structured routine that challenges you daily, helping you push through plateaus and reach new strengths and personal bests.
